My research philosophy

I believe in fostering a research-driven culture where UX research is not just a support function but a strategic pillar in decision-making. My vision is to embed UX research deeply into the company culture, ensuring every product decision is grounded in user insights. I reject the notion of "throwing research over the fence" and hoping for impact. Instead, I integrate research into processes, time studies to influence roadmaps, and transform reports into meaningful conversations.
